Welcome

My fitness journey started in the summer of my 8th grade year in middle school. I played football in 7th and 8th grade and was terrible! My dad bought me a weight bench with concrete plates wrapped in plastic, and I trained the entire summer. I returned to the field in 9th grade and earned a starting position! I eventually stopped playing football, but remained consistent with weight training. After seeing significant changes in my physique, I stepped into the bodybuilding world and competed in four shows and won my division several times.

Over the last two decades of training and competing, I've learned valuable and practical lessons that can empower ANYONE to improve their body composition, athletic performance, mobility/function and overall health. By using the 3Ds of success--Discipline, Dedication and Determination I empower every client to over-come obstacles and find solutions to achieve their fitness goals.
